According to the National Archives, in the years since it's opening in 2005, the Abraham Lincoln Library-Museum in Springfield, Illinois achieved it's highest average annual attendance of any Presidential library, averaging over 350,000 visitors per year.
The Ronald Reagan Library-Museum in California is 2nd averaging between 300,000 and 350,000 per year.
